  How To Order
The Meccom Industrial Sales Office is open from 8:00 AM until at least 5:00 PM
Eastern Standard Time. Parts that are in stock can generally be shipped same day they are
ordered or per your schedule. You can order parts in several ways:

Credit Terms
Standard credit terms are Net 30 Days. FOB - Clinton Twp., MI from the date of
the invoice. Credit can be arranged through an approved credit application. Payment can
also be made by C.O.D., Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
  
Minimum Billing
On standard in stock products, minimum billing is $50.00. There is a $2.00
handling charge per order which is added to the freight on each invoice. Non-stock or
custom products may be subject to larger minimum order charges; please consult our office
for a detailed quotation.
Quantity Allowance
Meccom Industrial Products reserves the right to consider an order complete if
the quantity shipped falls within a +/- 10% variable of the ordered quantity. Also due to
availability at time of order, Meccom Industrial Product reserves the right to ship an
equivalent part which may reflect an alternate part number.
Return Goods
To return merchandise, please call our office for authorization. All returns must
be pre-paid and could be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. On defective material,
Meccom Industrial will pay for return freight and corrective action will be taken per
discussions with customer.
